Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.

Error 633: The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly.

Error 678: The remote computer did not respond. The iBurst modem is not operating properly, or is not communicating with the base station.

1 . Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed. 
Answer : This error occurs when authentication fails.
Please check that your username and password are correct, and that the signal indicator is green.

2 . Error 633: The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly.  
Answer : This message is seen when the iBurst card is not communicating internally on the PC, or already has an iBurst connection operating.
Rebooting your machine should fix this problem.

3 . Error 676: The phone line was busy. The iBurst modem cannot communicate with the base station. 
Answer : Check that the signal indicator is green. If not, move the modem to an area in which it turns green. Wait a few minutes and try again.

4 . Error 678: The remote computer did not respond. The iBurst modem is not operating properly, or is not communicating with the base station. 
Answer : Check that the iBurst modem is installed correctly. If all seems OK, and the problem persists, shut down the computer and start it up again.

5 . Error 691: Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain. 
Answer : The username or password that you have entered is incorrect.
Re-enter the username and password, ensuring that caps lock is off, and make sure your username contains @isp.net.my at the end.

6 . Error 718: The connection was terminated because the remote computer did not respond in a timely manner. 
Answer : This problem is usually caused by a faulty modem.
Make sure the signal indicator is green, and that the iBurst modem is installed correctly. Wait a few minutes and try logging in again.

Answer : The login message was prevented from reaching the radius server.
Make sure the signal indicator is green. Wait a few minutes and try again.

8 . Error 769: The specified destination is not reachable. 
Answer : The iBurst modem is not communicating properly within the PC.
Make sure the modem is installed correctly. If all seems OK, restart your machine.
