How to qualify and enjoy the 0% or interest free installment plan?

  1. Have one of the credit cards stated above.
  2. Ask the reseller for iZZi payment plan, and let him do the rest of the processes.
  3. When approved by the bank, you may proceed to sign up the plan.
  4. Upon signing the plan you may collect your user Terminal (UT) from reseller
  5. Proceed to install the program and follow the instruction indicated.
  6. Within 5 minutes you can surf the net.
  7. On a monthly basis for the next 12 months your credit card company will bill your credit card account one twelve of the total annual package.

For example, signing up " iZZiyou" Introductory Promotion annual package of RM 1,258, will entitle you to have

  1. 12 months internet usage subscription equivalent to RM98 per month
  2. Down link speed up to 1Mbps
  3. Activation fee of RM 82
  4. Includes 10MB e-mail account
  5. Includes user terminal value at RM759
  6. Includes installation charges
  7. Includes registration fees

For example, signing up " iZZipro" Introductory Promotion annual package of RM 1,498, will entitle you to have

* All Packages cancellation, subscriber must return the following applicable items:

    - Full set of User Terminal (In good working condition)
    (UT in bad condition or non- functioning will be rejected and the price of the UT as per selling price will be deducted from the refund amount)

    - All accessories which are packages with the User Terminal (UT).
    (Non- returned or non- working accessories with the UT will be deemed as purchased by cancelling subscriber and will be deducted from the refund amount)

    - Return of all promotional items which was given during purchase.
    (Non-returned item will be deemed as purchased by cancelling subscriber and will be deducted from refund amount)

  1. Applicable for 3 days refund policy only
  2. Full refund subject to:
                      - Deduction of RM50 activation fee
                      - Usage of > 5mb download subject to RM180 administrative charges

* Return of full set of User package to point of purchase

*iZZi 6 months packages
  1. Applicable for 7 days refund policy only
  2. Full refund subject to:
                      - Deduction of RM82 activation fee
                      - Usage of > 5mb download subject to RM180 administrative charges

* Return of full set of User package to point of purchase

*iZZi 12 months packages
  1. Cancellation of service within 7 days
    Full refund subject to:
                      - Deduction of RM82 activation fee
                      - Usage of > 5mb download subject to RM180 administrative charges
    * Return of full set of User package to point of purchase for 7 days refund only

  2. Cancellation of service within 8 days to 90 days
    75% refund subject to:
                      - Deduction of RM82 activation fee

  3. Cancellation of service within 91 days to 180 days
    50% refund subject to:
                      - Deduction of RM82 activation fee

* THE REFUND POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO USAGE > 180 DAYS.

Cancellation Application procedure
1) A complete cancellation application form with subscriber detail (Download Form)
2) A copy of sales invoice
3) A copy of IC (front & back)

NOTE:
- A/C payee cheque, payable to name as per IC
- Payment will be issue within 45 days

* All return of user terminals to iZZinet Sdn Bhd after the package expiry will be entitled to a RM 50 rebate.
This is only applicable to iZZiyou and iZZipro packages of 6 to 12 months.

There is a 12 months warranty for all User Terminals on manufacturing defect.

Subject to term and condition of iZZinet's and Kyocera's limited warranty.

Defective on arrival (DOA) with in 7 days of purchase, reseller to exchange the UT with a new unit immediately.

Procedure of warranty claims (Manufacturing defect)

  1. Customer returns faulty UT to reseller.
  2. Reseller will get authorization
  3. With proper authorization a new UT will be dispatch to the reseller and in turn to be collected by customer.

** Customer will be compensated with free access time for the lost of usage equivalent to duration of the warranty claim process.
